Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all locations within India. International shipping may be available in the future.

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
If your package is lost during transit, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also reach out to our support team for assistance.

8. Where are my tracking details?

As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a WhatsApp/email message with tracking details. 

9. What are your shipping charges?

We offer free shipping.
