Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Returns

  • Customers can request a return within 3 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Products showing signs of use, washing, alterations, perfume, deodorant, makeup stains, damage, or tampering will not be accepted.

  • Each order is eligible for one return request only.

  • Orders placed using Store Credit are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Return and exchange requests must be submitted via:

  • Please mention the reason for return and provide images in case of defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

  • Return pickups are available within India where serviceable.

  • If your pincode is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you may self-ship the product to our warehouse. Upon successful quality inspection, ₹150 will be issued as Store Credit towards shipping reimbursement.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges within 15 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

  • Exchange orders are processed once the original item has been picked up.

  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, Store Credit may be issued instead.

  • International orders are not eligible for exchanges.

  • Products must be returned in unused condition with original tags and packaging intact.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Share an unboxing video and clear photos of the product and packaging for verification.

  • Once the issue is verified, we may offer a replacement, Store Credit, or refund, as applicable.

  • Claims submitted without sufficient evidence or beyond the specified timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.

  • Minor variations in color, print placement, texture, or handcrafted details are not considered defects and are part of the product's authenticity.

Store Credit

  • Store Credit will be issued within 24 hours after the returned product is picked up and verified.

  • Store Credit will be shared via email.

  • It is valid for 365 days from the date of issue.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be added to Store Credit.

  • Store Credit will be issued only for the value of the returned product.

Refunds

  • Refunds are generally provided as Store Credit.

  • Monetary refunds are issued only in cases where a wrong product or a damaged/defective product has been delivered.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved by our team.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Returned products typically take 12–14 working days to reach our warehouse and undergo quality inspection before refund approval.

  • The company reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests after product verification.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.

International Orders

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping, customs duties, and related charges.

  • Reverse pickup services are not available for international orders.

  • Refunds or Store Credit will be issued only for the returned product value after successful verification.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers may alternatively arrange for the product to be brought to India through a traveler and initiate the return process thereafter.

  • If an international order arrives damaged, customers must report the issue with supporting images. Upon verification, a Store Credit or refund may be provided.

Important Notes

  • Products purchased through third-party marketplaces such as Nykaa, Myntra, or other platforms are not eligible for returns or exchanges through our website or customer support.

  • The company reserves the right to make the final decision regarding all return, exchange, refund, and Store Credit requests.
